Despite funding cuts, public libraries in the USA still often hold childrens’ and adult Reading Clubs during the summer and sponsor programs for back-to-school preparedness, toddlers and books, story hours, family overnights at the library, and several more. 

To Save a Nation: Children at the Library

Many libraries have installed Back to Work programs and computer labs in their buildings to help the Unemployed return to gainful employment. Libraries are one of this country’s massive national treasures that can benefit residents and visitors for many generations to come. Whether hard copy, audio, video, or Kindle reader, it’s still The Library!
