A lot of hotels are converting

In the face of dwindling numbers of guests and the general need for long-term lease-less dwellings, some hotels offer a weekly or monthly discounted rate. This brings in additional business revenues, rather than to close down.  A specific number of long-term rooms are designated for weekly and monthly discounts by a number of motel chains.

These chains advertise on Craigslist, in news ads, and on their outdoor signage.  Call any chain hotel or motel, and you may discover long-term discount rates.
