Eating chicken is important in aging,

Recent studies are finding consistently that as men and woman age to the 70-90 age group, their protein intake decreases when it needs to increase.

Chewing and digestive problems can interfere with consuming and digesting protein, but chicken is easier to eat and digest than red meat. Among older persons above age 70, those showing the highest protein intake lose LESS bone mass. Animal protein and overall (animal and plant combined) protein are both important.

Chicken fights cancer and aging and can answer the need increasing protein intake among seniors, unless they are allergic to it.
