This HubTrails Travel Series contribution is a review of the Top Fastest Growing Cities in each of the Midwestern US States, according to Bloomberg BusinessWeek. In the middle of a recession, each of these cities and towns grew anyway! They succeeded, because they each followed an economic and cultural growth plan, followed up, improved transportation, and created new jobs. They all have lively downtown areas full of shopping, nightlife, historic sites, and entertainment; and many have colleges and universities that excel. American made products are available in these places as well.

Top job listings, latest employment trends, industry recommendations, and travel hot spots are listed for these major suburbs and metros: Neenah – where manufacturing still exists – and Avon, Bellevue, Dublin, Fargo, Leawood, Lee”s Summit. Maple Grove, Northbrook, Plymouth Township,  Sioux Falls, Urbandale  – and a bonus gives you New Town where there is enough oil underground to support all of North America long-term.
