Money Magazine names Louisville Colorado as  the Best Place to Live in America.  Just about 8 square miles large, with a bit over 18,000 people, the city offers good K-12 education system, several surrounding colleges, a low crime rate, a comparatively low unemployment rate, a good standard of living, and higher income compared to America on average.

The major employer and business in the area is Centura Health, specifically Avista Adventist Hospital. The Seventh Day Adventist faith group has long been known for superior healthcare and sound medical research and their health system in Colorado is very good.  Plenty of opportunities are present for non-medical personnel both in Centura and with other area employers as well, notably IBM, Raytheon, and the University of Colorado.
