There are openings in Vocational Education at high school and technical/college levels, as the Workforce Investment Boards of the counties participate in Educaton & Training initiatives, which the new President should magnify. The turn to sustainability will enhance the overall employment outlook and old jobs will be replaced by new; although some time will be required to make that happen.
